Mike Livingstone

Mike was instrumental in the success of the Hospice Waikato Cobram Drive site, he was able to use the full gambit of construction knowledge from design, development, project management and networks gained over time to enable the success of the new Cobham Drive site.

Bringing together Architects, engineers, contractors, volunteers, community groups anyone that wanted to help into one team, lead to the success of the project and what you see today.

Mike at the age of 19 and brother David purchased the construction company they worked for 40 years ago and have built the company to what it is today working NZ wide with 5 regional offices employing over 250 staff. Working in all aspects of construction from residential, commercial, industrial, government, design and build, development, project management and advisory to community groups wishing to get projects off the ground.

Mike has stepped down from the Chairmanship role of Livingstone Group to director.

Mike is a founding member and director of the Bluehaven Group, one of the largest land and property development companies in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty region and also branching out to other regions. 

Mike has great pride in following the Bluehaven Group mantra in developing communities that are great for all to;

Mike gains a great sense of pride to be involved with Hospice, the engagement of the staff, volunteers, community groups brings out the good in us all, people just want to help.
